TradeSmartAI provides AI-powered booking and customer management software for home service contractors, including voice and chat agents, website booking, CRM, messaging, and automation.

• You are responsible for your account and authorised users.
• Do not share logins outside your business.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Plans auto-renew until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable (except where law requires).

• Plans include generous allowances for SMS, calls, and AI-powered conversations sized for a typical home service business.
• No spam or abusive use.
• Excessive usage may require an upgrade or limits.

You may not use TradeSmartAI for:

• Unlawful activity.
• Spam or unsolicited messages.
• Harassment or abuse.
• Storing or distributing illegal content.

You must comply with telecom and privacy laws (opt-ins, opt-outs).

• You (the contractor) are the Data Controller for your customer data.
• TradeSmartAI acts as Data Processor.
• You must obtain necessary consents and only upload lawful data.

If we procure domains, phone numbers, or third-party services for you, we manage them on your behalf.

Your account is provisioned with pre-configured workflows and automations. Core system configurations are managed by TradeSmartAI and cannot be altered directly by users.

We provide reasonable support during business hours. Occasional maintenance windows may apply.

• TradeSmartAI IP: workflows, templates, and documentation remain our property.
• Your content: you retain rights to your own data and branding.

• We may suspend/terminate for breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of paid term.
• Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.

• Services are provided "as is."
• No warranty of uninterrupted use.
• Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
