I built and ran my own UK fencing and gate automation business for ten years, specialising in automated entrances. Underground and overground systems, domestic and security. The better it did, the harder it got. I couldn’t be everywhere at once: answering enquiries, booking site visits, running the jobs, quoting and invoicing. Experiencing these pressures first hand is what has fuelled TradeSmartAI.
For the last two years I've studied, built, and iterated inside leading AI platforms, working with a new generation of communication and automation tools. Claude Certified Associate, trained through Anthropic Academy across the Claude stack, from API integration to agent skills for Cowork. My focus: mastering the conversation between a customer (homeowner or commercial) and their contractor, and getting the AI behind it right.
